The Administrative Division is responsible for all data entry, sexual offender registration, gun permits, concealed weapon permits, domestic violence orders, fingerprinting of criminal and non-criminal individuals. This division maintains the Inmate Trust Fund Account, the automatic phone tree program, submits press releases to radio and news media. They are also responsible for technologies within the Sheriff’s Office. The Administrative Division is responsible for the Amber Alert Program, Violent Death reporting procedures, and all mandated reporting procedures.
The Records Division maintains incident and arrest reports, assist with information for Deputies, insurance companies and the public. This Division collects fees for all civil papers and maintains process data entry. The Records Division works closely with the District Attorney’s Office to assist with Deputy court schedules. All Financial documentation for the Sheriffs Office is maintained within the division. All jury notices and summons are processed by the Records Division
